Two Injured in Motorcycle Accident in JoCo

Two people were injured in a motorcycle accident that occurred Sunday afternoon in Johnson County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a northbound 2020 Indian, driven by 35-year-old John H. Spitler of Knob Noster, slowed for a stop on Missouri 13, north of US 50 at 4:30 p.m., when a northbound 2004 Harley Davidson, driven by 68-year-old Kenneth M. Schneider of Sedalia, struck the rear of the Indian.

Spitler, as well a passenger on the Harley Davidson, 55-year-old Kelli K. Schneider of Sedalia, suffered minor injuries, and received medical treatment at the scene.
