Warsaw Man Injured When Suzuki Overturns

A Warsaw man was injured in a motorcycle accident that occurred Wednesday afternoon in Benton County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a southbound 1995 Suzuki, driven by 68-year-old William W. Box of Warsaw, was on Missouri 83, at Shady Oaks Avenue at 4:40 p.m., when the motorcycle experienced a malfunction. The driver lost control and the cycle overturned, ejecting the driver.

Box suffered moderate injuries, and was transported to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital by Warsaw-Lincoln Ambulance.

The Suzuki had minor damage.
