The loft is being offered by Greggory Sharp and Suzanne R. Hunn of HSG Realty on Zillow. It's for sale for $699,000 and contains many upgraded features and finishes that the listing says "screams luxury."  The home would be great for a couple, or with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a family looking for an urban oasis high above downtown St. Louis.

One of its best features is commercial-grade insulated windows that run the length of the loft and face north. Now, the listing doesn't show any spectacular views out the window, so I suspect the views aren't what most of us would consider spectacular. That said, the windows look cool, and the view at night still looks pretty cool if you ask me.

The kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and an extended center island. There are two primary suites, each with its own walk-in closet and full bathroom. The third bedroom also comes with its own bathroom.

Zillow estimates the monthly cost to live in this penthouse loft as being just over $5,100 a month not including utilities. There are $759 in monthly HOA fees, $245 a month in homeowners insurance costs, a $3,486 mortgage payment assuming you put  $140,000 down, and $612 in monthly property taxes.
