A 35-year old man from Windsor was recently arrested by Henry County authorities after fleeing and then crashing his vehicle.

The Henry County Sheriff's Department says at approximately 4:00 Thursday morning (Oct 3), deputies attempted to stop a vehicle in Windsor.

The vehicle, driven by 35-year old Brandon Rollett, of Windsor, reportedly failed to yield to an emergency vehicle and fled westbound on Highway 2. Rollett then turned north on NE 1051 and shortly thereafter lost control on a curve and crashed.

Rollett was taken to an area hospital for injuries sustained in the crash.

Rollett faces charges of possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest by fleeing.
