A Windsor man was injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Wednesday evening in Pettis County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 23-year-old Dylan R. Hampton of Windsor was the driver of a westbound 2001 Chevy Suburban on Missouri 52, just east of Meisner Road around 7:15 p.m., when Hampton fell asleep, ran off the right side of the roadway, impacted an embankment, overturned and struck two MoDOT signs before coming to rest on its wheels, facing south.

Hampton suffered minor injuries, and refused medical treatment at the scene.

The Suburban was totaled and towed by Don's Truck Towing.
