Elantra Hydroplanes, Overturns on Highway 50
A Warrensburg man was injured when his car hydroplaned on Highway 50 Wednesday morning in Johnson County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that 56-year-old Joel C. Jameson was westbound on Highway 50, just west of Route Z around 8:20 a.m., when his 2013 Hyundai Elantra hydroplaned on the wet pavement, and the car traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned.
Jameson suffered moderate injuries and was transported by JCAD to Research Medical Center for treatment.

The Elantra had extensive damage and was towed by Ron's Towing.
