Marshall Teen Injured in Saline County Rollover

A Marshall teen was injured in a one-vehicle rollover that occurred Sunday afternoon in Saline County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that an eastbound 2000 Chevy S-10, driven by a 17-year-old male from Marshall, was on Mount Olive Road, west of Magnolia Avenue (southeast of Marshall) around 3 p.m., when the truck traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned.

The teen suffered moderate injuries and was transported to University of Missouri Hospital in Columbia by Saline County EMS.

The Chevy had moderate damage.

Saline County Deputies assisted the Patrol.
