MSHP Arrest Reports for February 5, 2024

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 37-year-old Cody L. Holloway of Knob Noster at 1 p.m. Sunday in Pettis County. He was wanted on a probation and parole warrant for burglary and also was cited for failure to affix a license plate properly. Holloway was taken to the Pettis County Jail with no bond.

 
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 26-year-old Lynn A. Johnson of Holden at 8:23 p.m. Saturday in Johnson County. He now faces charges of driving while intoxicated prior offender, felony endangering the welfare of a child and no seat belt. Johnson was taken to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 38-year-old Juan J. Loera Santana of Sedalia at 2:16 a.m. Saturday in Pettis County. Santana now faces charges of driving while intoxicated, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and no driver's license. He was taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 65-year-old Cheyenne V. Waggoner of Warsaw at 6:07 p.m. Thursday in Benton County. She now faces charges of driving while intoxicated and felony possession of a controlled substance. Waggoner was taken to the Benton County Sheriff's Department, where she was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 39-year-old Jason C. Jordan of California, Mo., at 8:12 p.m. Saturday in Moniteau County. He now faces charges of driving while intoxicated, and careless & imprudent driving. Jordan was taken to the Moniteau County Jail, where he was booked and released.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested 39-year-old Johnathian C. Ward of Centertown at 7:10 p.m. Saturday in Cole County. He now faces charges of driving while intoxicated persistent offender, driving while revoked, leaving the scene of a crash, careless & imprudent driving, and abandoning a motor vehicle on the highway in the right of way.
