On Sept. 9, Pettis County deputies and the Missouri Drug Task Force were assisted by the Missouri State Highway Patrol in executing a narcotics search warrant at an address on Smasal Road in Pettis County.

During the execution of the search warrant, a meth lab was seized, along with scales, baggies, prescription pills, methamphetamine and related paraphernalia, and also a firearm.

A juvenile was also located and turned over to Division of Family Services.

Two females and one male were apprehended and placed on a 24-hour hold.

Arrested was 32-year-old Gerald Michael Durrill. He was charged with manufacturing of a controlled substance (Class C felony), two counts of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful use of a firearm, endangering the welfare of a child, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. His warrant was set at $50,000 cash or surety.

Arrested was 65-year-old Connie Mae Nicholson. She was charged with manufacturing of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child. Her warrant was set at $25,000 cash or surety.

Arrested was 34-year-old Erin Renee Durrill. She was charged with possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child. Her warrant was set at $15,000 cash or surety.

According to a press release, the Pettis County Sheriff's Office and the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force is striving to remove drugs from the community.
