Sunday evening, Pettis County Deputies were dispatched to the Sheriff's Office to hear an assault report. On arrival, Deputies made contact with the reporting person Kenneth Walden, and his mother, Janet Kelley. Walden stated that early that morning, while he was in the 19000 block of Highway T in La Monte, he was assaulted by persons known to him. His phone was also taken. The incident is under investigation.


 

On the night of November 24th, Deputies responded to the 1200 block of South Lamine Avenue in Sedalia, in reference to warrant service. Deputies were able to contact the suspect, Trista L. Johnson, 39, of Sedalia. Johnson was placed under arrest for her felony warrant on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance. Johnson was transported to the Pettis County Jail, where she was booked pending a bond of $7500 cash or surety.

Late last Friday night, Deputies responded to the area of 24900 Van Natta Road in Pettis County for a warrant service. Upon arrival, contact was made with Jason Christopher Davis, 44, of Sedalia. Davis was arrested on his active warrant for a felony charge of Driving While Intoxicated (Persistent Offender), Failure to Comply With An Ignition Interlock Device, Failure to Maintain the Right Half of the Roadway, and Driving While Revoked. Davis was transported to the Pettis County Jail with bond set at $5000 cash or surety.


 

Thanksgiving night, Deputies responded to the Crestwood Court Apartments in the 1300 block of South Marshall Avenue in reference to a warrant service. Upon arrival, contact was made with Garrison D. Walter, 26, of Sedalia. Walter was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail to be held on his active Pettis County warrant issued for felony Abuse or Neglect of a Child (Non Sexual). Bond was set at $7500 cash or surety.


 

Deputies were dispatched to the area of Lakeshore Drive and Debbie Drive in Pettis County last Thursday morning for a report of a suspicious person and vehicle. After making contact with the vehicle occupants, Amy Lynn Hilton, 38, Homeless, was arrested for her two Failure to Appear warrants on original charges of Resisting Arrest and Stealing. Hilton was transported to the Pettis County Jail to be booked pending a cash only bond of $250, and a cash or surety bond of $15000. On November 30th, however, Hilton was released on an own recognizance bond.
