Thursday night, Officers responded to the 2200 block of East Broadway Boulevard in reference to a domestic disturbance. Officers made contact with both parties, but could not determine a primary physical aggressor. A 12-hour log was made for documentation.


Sedalia Police observed debris in the roadway near South Ohio Avenue and West Main Street Thursday night. Officers went to move it from the roadway, and found it to be someone’s property. It was placed into evidence for safekeeping.


Officers were dispatched to the Dollar General store, 4215 East Broadway Boulevard Thursday evening in reference to a trespassing report*. When Officers arrived, they made contact with a highly intoxicated male in the store. Officers spoke with management, who said they had asked the subject to leave multiple times, but he had not left the premises. Sergei S. Gladush Jr., 44, Homeless, was arrested for a charge of Trespassing in the 1st Degree. Gladush was transported to the BRHC for a fit for confinement check. Then, Gladush was transported to the Pettis County Jail to be placed on a 24-hour hold.

Wednesday morning, a truck was stopped for a warrant investigation on the driver of the truck. The truck was stopped in the area of West Broadway Boulevard and Granny Lane. Gary Eugene Hudson, 51, of Sedalia, was arrested for his Failure to Appear warrants on original charges of Speeding and Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Maintaining Financial Responsibility. Hudson was transported to the Pettis County Jail to be booked, pending a total cash only bond of $397.00.


 

Thursday afternoon, an Officer was dispatched to a theft report at the Break Time store, 101 Rebar Road. The victim stated he believed his debit car information was skimmed while at the gas station. The information was used to fraudulently purchase items online.


Officers were dispatched to the Casey’s store, 716 West 16th street, in reference to a found bicycle Thursday morning. Officers collected the bicycle and transported to the bicycle shed at the Police Department.


Thursday afternoon, Officers conducted a vehicle stop near the intersection of West 20th Street and South Warren Avenue. The driver was found to have a suspended driving privilege. Joshua A. Couch, 42, of Sedalia, was arrested on a charge of felony Driving while Suspended. Couch was transported to the Pettis County Jail to be booked and released.


*Gladush had been previously trespassed from a different business in the same block on December 30th.
